this beat is from a batch of beats that I made when I took a break from the MPC 2000 XL to start learning how to sample in different DAWS (digital audio workstations). This batch was made in Ableton Live, and I really enjoyed the process, to be honest, it's so user-friendly, and the workflow was much faster.
I will always love my MPC, it puts me in my natural B-Boy mental state, but technology always simplifies things, and I love learning new things.

I called the song Live A Good Life, its kinda where I'm at creatively, with no expectations on my art, just do what you love to do, which is make music. Also as an elder, I have worked a lot, took many risks, you start looking back on your life as you collect more years, I have plenty of good and bad times like any human, but I can honestly say I lived a good life, and I'm not done.
