This beat captures the hot summer in the city feeling, humid, but full of color and charisma. Reminds me of when I stayed in Brooklyn at a friend's apartment who also made beats. It was 1996, he had no Air Conditioning, just portable fans, but we didn't care, we had cold beer, and we were making beats for hours. We would take excursions from Flatbush to Manhattan listening to NY hip hop radio blasting Biggie, The Lox, and some new dude named Jay-Z. This beat fits that memory perfectly.
